Shanti is a Sanskrit word that means peace, rest, calmness, tranquility or bliss and it underlines the emphasis that we place on the calming and relaxing value of yoga, together with the numerous and well-known physical benefits, as being the perfect antidote for today’s stressful world.
We now have yoga classes on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings run by our instructor Konny. The class teaches Yoga suitable for people of all ages and abilities, regardless of whether they have done yoga before or not.
